Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold a current NSW electrical contractor licence and carry full public liability insurance. You're welcome to ask for the licence number before any work starts — no issue at all.
How much will it cost?
Every job is quoted upfront before any work begins. You get a clear price, and that's what you pay — no hidden extras, no variations added at the end. For common jobs, we can often give you a ballpark over the phone.
How quickly can you get there?
We're based in the Illawarra, so response times are fast. Most standard jobs can be booked within a day or two. If something's urgent, call or text us directly and we'll do our best to get there as soon as possible.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. A single power point, a ceiling fan, a smoke alarm replacement — we'll take it on. No job is too small if it's in our area. Every job gets the same upfront quote and the same quality of work.
What areas do you service?
We primarily service Wollongong, Dapto, Port Kembla, and Woonona. We also travel to Austinmer, Kiama, and surrounding areas in the Illawarra. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, just ask.
Do you clean up after the job?
Always. We tidy up as we go and leave the site clean before we walk out. No dust, no off-cuts, no rubbish left for you to deal with — that's just how the job gets done.
Can you quote over the phone?
For a lot of standard jobs, yes. If we can get enough detail from a quick conversation or a few photos, we'll give you a clear price before coming out. For larger or more complex jobs, a site visit is usually needed first — but we'll tell you that upfront.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes. We handle office fit-outs, data cabling, and commercial electrical work alongside residential jobs. If you've got a business premises that needs electrical work in the Illawarra, get in touch.
Do you offer any guarantees on your work?
All electrical work we carry out is covered by the standard NSW statutory warranty for licensed electrical contractors. We also stand behind our work personally — if something isn't right, we'll come back and sort it out.
